The 3D Concept Only Space Planning conceptual service is designed for the individual who doesn’t have ample time or experience to put into interior decorating, or for the individual who likes to be involved in the details and throughout the entire process.

This conceptual service is for full-room styling and is an in-person, decor package that includes decor concepts, renderings, and floor plans, but allows the client to perform the purchasing and installation. Professional styling is included if requested. Sourcing is NOT included. Actual furnishings, finishes, and color selections can be requested at an additional cost.

The Designer By Your Side consulting service is for individuals who just need a bit of advice with their interior design project.

It provides consultation design assistance to help with design details, materials, or overall assistance with managing their interior design project.

There is a minimum 10-hour time allowance for Designer By Your Side Services.

What you’ll get:

• Consulting service package

• Up to 10-hour time allowance

• Site visit & consult

• Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • In-person meetings and communications with clients

  • Floor plans and layout ideas

  • Guidance for specific room design

  • Sourcing items

  • Sourcing and selection of finishes & furnishings

  • Selecting paint colors

  • Liaising and meeting with trades & vendors

  • Reviewing quotes and estimates

  • On-site appointments and walkthroughs

Designer For a Day services provides you with expert guidance from us, your Interior Design Partner. Allow us to assist you with parts of the project that you may find especially overwhelming and to help you avoid making costly mistakes. This service is allotted in 5-hour time blocks.

5-6 hours (1-2 sessions)

7-8 hours total (2-3 sessions)
